The building has total surface of 2.500m2

The plot is located on a central street in Volos town, which connects the ring road to the town center. Plot surface 1.268m2

The rooms are laid out on five floors of the building.

The public spaces are placed on the ground floor and on the mezzanine floor.

There are two wings which form a T shaped building in plan.

The wing facing the road defines the boundaries of the whole building in relation to the city public space, with its ground floor, protecting the hotel’s private outdoor area.

The lateral wing sits on pillars (Pilotis) allowing the entire outdoor space to breathe.

A 30m2 lap pool is oriented perpendicular to this part of the building.
